Advancement through the tiers is based on cumulative wagering volume and other criteria determined by acg4d at its sole discretion. acg4d reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and reward structures at any time. Results are determined by reference to official sources for each sport or competition. In the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or pricing error that materially affects a market, acg4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to Members' Wallets. acg4d will not honour winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds or game malfunctions.
